The former TV show contestant was found dead outside of the home of Paula Abdul earlier today in what appears to be a suicide. the American Idol first-season finalist’s representative told Extra in a Monday report. Although Hung’s immediate family disowned him seconds after his appearance on American Idol, it is believed he has an aunt in Toledo, Ohio who will take care of funeral arrangements.

Police had reportedly been called to Abdul’s home on numerous occasions to deal with Goodspeed, who according to her parents had an unnatural obsession with the American Idol judge. The last comment is apparently in reference to the fact that Hung once answered “no, thank you” when asked whether he was “for or against the war in Iraq.” Today Goodspeed was found dead outside the home of Paula Abdul, in what appears to be a suicide. McKibbin finished third during Idol’s first season and subsequently appeared on Bravo’s Battle of the Network Reality Stars competition series and E!’s Kill Reality reality series in 200 Her debut album “Unleashed” was released last May.
