tina fey as sarah palin
This is the last post today about Palin, I swear. We thought Sarah Palin looks like Peggy Hill http://lookliker.com/2008/08/29/sarah-palin-looks-like-peggy-hill/ Tina Fey looks more like her though. Former cast member Tina Fey, now the star of “30 Rock,” returned to Saturday Night Live to play Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin for the premiere of the show’s new season. She does look remarkably like Ms.
Read HuffPost’s Rachel Sklar’s take on Fey as Sarah Palin as well as her live twitter. In the opening skit of the season premiere, Fey, playing GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, and Poehler, portraying Sen.
The person Sarah Palin reminds me of most actually is Lois Griffin. The worst part about McCain choosing Sarah Palin is that it’s just so hard to believe he actually sees her as someone who will be a partner and close advisor during the campaign and if he gets elected. I think Sarah Palin is the ABSOLUTE scariest running mate McCain could possibly have chosen.
The decision by McCain to choose a virtual unknown is disturbing, and you have to question that judgement.
The only difference is Tina Fey is more qualified for the VP spot.
As Jeff Wells notes, Palin has a certain resemblance to Tina Fey as Liz Lemon: the horn-rimmed glasses, the messy up-do, the required fealty to an older, conservative man in charge. This moi
Sarah Palin comes to the Republican ticket ensnared in several controversies.
Two powerhouse women faced off on”Saturday Night Live”to debate politics: Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. A frustrated Clinton eventually broke down, complaining about Palin’s ease of ascendance and her “Tina Fey glasses.”
I think your choice of the word “necessitate” ignores the fact that the abortion, even in those awful circumstances, is not a “necessity.”
“Whoever”’s hoisted by her/his own “Hockey Mom” petard in #36 by tossing out the straw-man irrelevancy of what actress Gov.Palin resembles as a “qualification,” though “whoever”’s already committed the error in #3 I think not even the glib Sen.
I see one of your favorite sports might, like Ms Fendrich’s, be trading in faux-not-so-subtle innuendo by affecting to discover anti-feminist messages and appeals in anything a conservative politician like Gov Palin might say.
The “choice” of Gov.
Yeah, I’m watching Palin.
Palin walked into Alaska, filled with corrupt Republicans, and cleaned house.
Palin is the current Governor of the U.S. Palin served two terms on the Wasilla, Alaska, City Council from 1992 to 1996, and was elected mayor of Wasilla twice, in 1996 and 199 She also ran unsuccessfully for lieutenant governor of Alaska in 200
Palin seems to be a well spoken Mrs.
U.S.
SP reminds me of somebody, some actress, not Marlo Thomas but someone like her, but I can’t remember who.
Fey bears a striking resemblance to Palin and nailed the candidate’s distinctive accent.
“I was so excited when I was told Sen. Clinton and I would be addressing you tonight,” Fey told the audience, wearing a bright red suit and Palin’s trademark glasses and speaking in a high-pitched lilt.
