Born on October 29, 1954, Herman Frazier is currently the Athletic Director in the University of Hawaii. He is an Olympiad and was a 1976 Olympic Gold medalist for his country. He won the mens relay 4 x 400 meters for United States. He became the chef de mission in 2004 for the United States. Frazier became the Athletic Director in 2002 and serves as the worst administrator in the history of college athletics as uniformly known. 9
