He is currently serving a year in jail which will be followed by five years of ankle-tracking probation.

Dean’s father wanted Morris behind bars, just like Darwin Mills, who Alisha pulled the same stunt on in January 2007.

But after having sex with Alisha, Williams got worried.

When he started to suspect she was not of legal age he went to Alisha’s father, Jerry Dean, who told Williams that Alisha was in fact just 13.

Morris Williams insisted that once he found out Alisha’s age, he never went back.

Williams suspected she may have been younger and went to her father, who told him she was 13.

Morris Williams slept with Dean believing she was 19.

But that didn’t save him in court on Tuesday, when he was sentenced to a year in jail, followed by five years of ankle-bracelet probation.

Jerry Dean then pressed charges, and Morris Williams is now serving a year in jail for sleeping with Alisha Dean.

The trouble for Morris Dean is that the father also turned him into the police.

Things she said and did tipped him off, and he went to see Jerry Dean, who told Williams that yeah, his daughter was only 13.

He asked her father, Jerry Dean, her age and found out the truth: Alisha Dean is 13not 19, as she now claimed.

Since Williams’ sentencing, Dean’s MySpace has been set to private.

In January of 2007, Darwin Mills, 24, was sentenced to five years for sexual battery with the then-twelve-year-old Alisha as the victim.

Morris Williams, 22, told the judge he thought the girl was 18-years-old, but he found out Tuesday that ignorance is not a defense.

The page has been marked private since the sentencing Tuesday, but one report said there is footage of Dean dancing and “shaking her womanly booty like she’s working the pole.”

Morris Williams was sentenced to one year in jail and five years of probation.

She has also now sent two men to jail for sleeping with her who thought she was of legal age.

Her Myspace said she was 19 and divorced.
