2010 Mustang
The 2010 Mustang will sport all-new front and rear fascias, so expect new headlights, a new grille, new taillights, etc.
Today it released an image of the new 2010 Mustang badge, hinting that its edgier design gives clues as to what the rest of the car will look like.
Well here we are again with tons of rumors flying around about the possibility of an update for the 2010 Mustang, and a total redesign for 2012.
Ford leaked another picture of the 2010 Mustang today, revealing a slightly tweaked dashboard, a redesigned steering wheel, and new A/C vents.
Today’s photo of the 2010 Mustang gives us the best view yet of the updated dash and steering wheel.
The most valuable glimpse of the new 2010 Mustang took place at the 2008 Road America in July of 2008.
The chassis will remain the same for the 2010 Mustang, similar to how the 1994-1998 models shared the same core chassis as the 1999-2005s, yet they still managed to look a good amount different.

Probably the same engine that we unveiled to you here last November, but unlike the one Ford told us about this one is said to have somewhere between 260 to 280 horsepower.
At the link below we’ve got a few press releases that Ford Motor Company released today featuring various details about the 2008-2009 Shelby GT500KR Mustang.
In a January 2008 Motor Trend article by Matt Stone and Mike Connor, the magazine hints at the possibility of new engine options for the 2010 Mustang.
First the amazing 2007 Shelby GT500, then the Shelby GT-H rental car, followed by its retail couterpart the Ford Shelby GT.
Best of all, the article says that Ford will continue to offer the Ford Shelby GT500 Mustang.
The car will debut at the 2008 Los Angeles Auto Show on November 19th.
I was hoping Ford would upgrade the quality of the Mustang’s interior with this redo, but with what we just saw with the Camaro, why bother….
After seeing more and more of the 2010 Mustang each day, we are glad to be able to show you some very revealing shots of the next Ford Mustang’s interior.
Although the teaser shots don’t show the full car, you do get a better feel of what the new bumpers, headlights, and wheels look like.
The engine combination for the GT is beleived to be either a 3 or 4 valve version of the 4.6L Modular engine, with a slight increase in horsepower.
Set to debut this fall with only 25 available they’re sure to sell fast.
The redesigned interior seems to keep several of the current S197 Mustang’s components, but the main dash facade, center console, gauge cluster, and steering wheel have been updated to give a cleaner, more prestigious appearance to the pony car.
Despite an almost full mummification, the body angles, bezels, and lamps are able to be seen quite well inside the five spy shots we have harvested for you.
Its new pony badge offers a clue.
The word out on the street regarding the next Ford Mustang engine lineup is that the 5.0 liter is set to return very soon.
We try not to post about every one of the zillions of spy shots that hit the net each day, but this one bares mentioning due to the clearly visible headlight bezel which is very reminiscent of the early 70’s Mustang.
“Again the silhouette will be familiar, the tradional long nose and short rear deck will convey the pony car positioning, but the sheet metal will be very angular and swoopy.
